The Hong Kong Tram

The Tram at 10:15 p.m.
Our intrepid reporter Jonathan in Hong Kong shares these photos of ordinary life in this amazing international city.  He writes that these photos were taken near his office.

Hong Kong has a subway system, buses and trams to get you where you need to go.

The trams operate east-west on the north side of the island that Hong Kong is built on.  It costs only about $0.30 - 0.40 US per ride and the price is the same no matter where you get on or off.

That sounds pretty good to me!

What's not so good is getting home from work at 10:15 at night!  Jonathan writes that he had a deadline to meet, so he had stayed late.  It made for a good picture (see the top of this post), but he vows never to do it again!

I had no idea Hong Kong had double-decker trams!  Did you?

Thanks for sharing, Jonathan!
