Wow. What is that? |
The Hogle Zoo has graced these pages before, but I really like the place, and so do my friends and family. The Zoo is located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan area in Utah.
My great-nephew Fred and his sister, Livia, got to visit this great place recently with their grandparents.

Farmor Kirsti and and squirmy Fredrik |
The kids like birds, so they attended a bird show.
|
The American Bald Eagle |
The Zoo has some magnificent birds there, such as the American Bald Eagle (above) and the Golden Eagle. These are just beautiful birds of prey.
|
The Golden Eagle |
It was a warm day, so after the show, it was time for some ice cream!
|
The American Brown-eyed Fredrik |
|
The Rare Pink-shoed Livia |
That soft ice-cream looks pretty tasty!
|
Time for a big kiss for Mommy! |
Livia did some exploring on her own. Those are some pretty fancy chickens!
The souvenir shop provided some fun for the kids, too!
|
Livia isn't sure what to think of her Mom! |
Big brother Fred gets a mask, too!
Livia doesn't know what to think!
|
Oh my! That's a bit scary. |
|
Mom sits back and watches |
Pretty soon Livia gets into the act, too! She doesn't want to be left out.
|
LOOK AT ME, DADDY! |
This has been your visit to the Hogle Zoo with Fred and Livia. Time to go, now!
K'THXBYEBYE
